Here at Simply Fit we believe in one common goal: I am a fan of keeping things simple, hence the name I chose, Simply Fit, for my business. I started my in-home personal training business about 10 years ago and put it aside while I pursued other avenues in the fitness industry. I chose the name back then and now again because staying healthy does not have to be complicated.
